Old Overholt, Rye Whiskey, 1L
Born in PA in 1810 and now being made in Kentucky. This is a hardy Rye at just over 40% abv. It's spicy, it's hot, and it's a staple of American Whiskey.
Byrrh, Grand Quinquina
A wine-based aperitif, Byrrh has the specific characteristic of being flavoured with quinine. It is best served cool, at approximately 16°, and goes well with a twist of lemon zest or a little Crème de Cassis.
Cointreau Liqueur 375 mL
A higher quality triple sec that keeps its recipe and method a secret. Citric, bitter sweet, and juicy.
Forthave Spirits, 'MARSEILLE' Amaro, 375 mL
The back of the bottle claims that the recipe was given by four medieval thieves who stole from plague victims. A very "if you know, you know" amaro that we can't keep on the shelves (because they're stolen by medieval thieves).
Deadwood, Straight Bourbon, 1L
A big honkin' liter of a big honkin' bourbon. Wood, cream, a little rugged, but not without its charm.
