Peychaud's, Aromatic Cocktail Bitters
Peychaud's Bitters are produced according to the original recipe at Buffalo Trace Distillery.
They are an important element in the Sazerac Cocktail and can also be used in The Manhattan, The Old-Fashioned and many other classic cocktails.
Bordiga, White Vermouth Bianco 750ml
With a little Moscato as the base, the balance of sweet and bitter is quite impressive. Do it on the rocks with some soda water.
Bordiga, Vermouth Rosso (NV)
Lighter red than others. All regional botanicals. Pretty pretty pretty good.
OCTOBER STAFF PICK!
Ricard Pastis, 750 mL
The classic anise-based spirit made using Paul Ricard’s original recipe which has remained a secret since 1932. Get some of this with some ice. Play a lil' petanque. Talk about the Bastille. Sit around saying croissant and palm d'or.
Byrrh, Grand Quinquina
A wine-based aperitif, Byrrh has the specific characteristic of being flavoured with quinine. It is best served cool, at approximately 16°, and goes well with a twist of lemon zest or a little Crème de Cassis.
Campari Aperitivo 750 mL
“HEY, we’re wasting time talking when it’s NEGRONI SEASON! We should be drinking Negronis during Negroni Season! NEGRONIS! NEGRONI SEASON! YAY!"
Aperol, Aperitivo 750mL
The iconic aperitif for the iconic Aperol Spritz. (Spritz sold separately.)
Forthave Spirits, Amaro MARSEILLE, 375 mL
The back of the bottle claims that the recipe was given by four medieval thieves who stole from plague victims. A very "if you know, you know" amaro that we can't keep on the shelves (because they're stolen by medieval thieves).
