Tiberio, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo (2024)
100% Trebbiano Abruzzese from sustainably grown 63-year-old vines. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in bottle before release. Dry, aromatic and richly textured, with bracing saline and floral flavors.

Made without additives and coarsely filtered for a silky body. Tastes like fresh grass, white chocolate, cane sugar, and late apples. "Sounds like a power ballad."

100% Melon de Bourgogne. Lemon, lime, white flowers and salty notes of the sea vie for your attention, with an intense mineral mouthfeel and striking acidity that balances everything on the palate.

Organic/ bio-dynamic Xarel-lo from Penedes. Spends 7 months on the lees in stainless steel. Pineapple, yellow apple, fennel, and with taut minerality.
The Scarlet Ibis Trinidad Rum
Blend of several rums (3 to 5 years). Great for cocktails and good on its own if you don't mind a drier finish. Originally commissioned and blend-selected by Death & Co. in NY.
LILLET APERITIF WINE BLANC
An aperitif made of a Bordeaux Blanc base. My favorite summer drink. Throw in some ice, strawberries, and cucumbers, and you're chilling. Serve hella frosty.

Bushwick made. Full on delicious. Green apple, floral, honey suckle and slightly green. Sounds like keyboard riffs. 60% polished Calrose Rice.
