A. Yaquiana (Pacifica) from the more norther Mexican region of Sonora. Spring water fermentation. A little smoke, but with a lot more going on. The bacanora era is upon us, I'm calling it now!!

Bitter, bitter, and more bitter. With a zesty, pithy orange and some bright spice, this is great in cocktails, on its own, or even poured into a nice Pilsner or Kolsch. Let's bring back the Picon Bière.

Dried orange peels, rose petals, allspice, and a midpalate of considerable worm wood. Literally made for a queen like any self-respecting amaro should be!!
