100% Folle Blanche. Zippy and electric. Crisp and bright as the sun, with notes of lime zest and limestone, white flowers and a bit of beachy salinity.

Grüner Veltliner is always the dominant variety, Chardonnay is a fine partner. The wine is unfiltered and slightly cloudy. This is a Gruner with Chablis vibes!

Bright, citrusy with a surprisingly elegant texture. A blend of three of Dao’s dominant grapes; Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, Cerceal. Notes of white magnolia, honeysuckle, and lime. Unoaked. A staple at Dandy since day one!
