Cardamaro, Vino Amaro
True to the Piemonte style amaro, this is created by infusing Cardoon, Blessed Thistle, and botanicals with the Bosca Family estate wine. The result is a rich, smooth liqueur with wintry notes of fresh pine, roasted nuts and dried fruit.
