Exclusively harvested, distilled, aged, and bottled at their own Chateau. Aged in dry cellars with an on-lees distillation. A very fancy, particular, and sought after bottle.

Varietal: Pomace from Nebbiolo grapes destined to become Barolo wine.
Distilling method: slow, discontinuous distillation in a ‘bain-marie’ (doupble boiler) alembic.
Alcohol: 44%
Bottle size: 375ml

Moscatel grapes are first hand harvested & fermented into wine. Then the wine is distilled in a copper pot still. This Pisco offers lovely aromatics and the back bone of a perfect summer cocktail.

Forget everything you thought you knew about coffee flavored booze. This is the end all be all one stop shop. Espresso Martini? White Russian? Godfather? Irish Coffee? All natural flavors. Delightful 'til the end.
